Terso's RFID storage solutions integrate RFID enabled enclosures (Cabinets, Refrigerators, and Freezers) with Hosted RFID Software and 24/7 Proactive Support to effectively monitor product inventory any time of the day or night. All of our cabinets, refrigerators, and freezers are offered in a monthly subscription model. For one monthly fee you get the enclosure, hosted software, and 24/7 proactive support.  We provide the data back to you as you need it, through a secure website, email, and/or integrated with existing inventory systems.  These data services are part of the monthly fee; there is no additional cost and you maintain ownership of all the data.

The final part of the solution is 24/7 proactive monitoring and support.  We monitor every unit in the field (over 1000 today) remotely with our support staff. We look for things like expired products, doors left open, temperature alarms, etc.  All of these alarms can be customized to you, with the goal of heading off any inventory issues before it impacts your products.  In addition, all of our enclosures are locked and require an authorized badge to access the inventory, adding an additional layer of security.
