Biotechnology manufacturer wins both regional and national Top Workplace honors for second year in a row
Promega has been named a top employer in the region, winning a 2023 Madison Area Top Workplaces award this week from The Wisconsin State Journal. The biotechnology manufacturer ranked second in the category of large employers in the region and was honored at the national level earlier this year with a 2023 Top Workplaces USA award. Promega won both regional and national Top Workplaces honors in 2022. The awards are based solely on feedback from employee engagement surveys compiled by research firm Energage.
Over the last year, Energage has recognized Promega with additional Culture Excellence Awards for work-life flexibility, compensation & benefits, employee well-being, innovation, professional development, and purpose & values. Promega Benefits Manager Diana Clark says employee wellness is the foundation of great workplaces.
“Comprehensive, thoughtfully curated employee benefits are some of the most effective tools organizations have to concretely support the well-being of their employees,” says Clark. “That means prioritizing, and continuously evolving, a workplace culture that cares for people and helps them harmonize the many parts of their lives.”
Top Workplaces winners are calculated by comparing the Energage employee engagement survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers, to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
