Women Developing Wisconsin

The Women Developing Wisconsin Conference (WDW) is designed to provide learning and networking opportunities to empower women in the construction, business, finance and real estate industries.

Milwaukee School of Engineering’s Rader School of Business is proud to host the 3rd annual Women Developing Wisconsin Conference. The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Grow Your Effectiveness’ through a shared belief defined in the 4 phases of psychological safety: inclusion safety, learner safety, contributor safety and challenger safety, all meant to provide a place of safety through which we can reach our full potential. After the initial connection at the conference, mentorship will continue throughout the year with one-on-one meetings to discuss industry news and offer career advice. The day will be filled with networking opportunities, presentations, panel discussions and breakout sessions. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Complete schedule to be announced.
