Exact Sciences strives to detect cancer earlier to improve outcomes by applying a unique scientific platform through their partnership with Mayo Clinic. Bio Highlights: Tammy holds a Ph.D. in Organic/Bioorganic Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus, and received her B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Prior positions have been held within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry, spending 10 years at Thermo Fisher Scientific and 5 years at Schering-Plough before joining Exact Sciences in 2014. At Exact, Tammy oversees all Operations, including Production, Quality Control, Technical Transfer & Validation, Planning, Procurement & Distribution, EHS, Engineering, and Facilities. During Tammy’s free time, you can find her with her husband Chris and daughter Lauryn golfing or cheering on Lauryn at her sporting events, including fastpitch and basketball. She also enjoys reading books and traveling with her family.
