Bio Highlights: Brittany is the Sr Director of Human Resources at the Lilly Kenosha County Manufacturing Site. In her role, she partners with site leadership to drive workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement and site culture initiatives that support the dynamic needs of a complex manufacturing site.
Through her 25+ year career at Lilly and Elanco Animal Health, Brittany has built deep expertise in HR operations, mergers and acquisitions, global workforce services, and organizational transformation. Brittany has successfully led HR strategy during many complex changes, including separation of Elanco from Eli Lilly and the largest acquisition in the animal health sector’s history. She prides herself on visionary leadership through times of transformation, fostering resilience, clarity, and alignment across teams to ensure business continuity and cultural cohesion.
Brittany has a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her three dogs, spending time outside and home improvement projects.
