Carolyn has led initiatives to optimize processes, champion diversity and inclusion, and enhance productivity, resulting in exceptional safety performance and increased community involvement. Previously, Carolyn directed manufacturing teams, and spearheaded digital transformation efforts, consistently achieving company objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Carolyn is deeply committed to community impact. She served as a board member for the American Heart Association, advancing heart-health initiatives and advocating for public health funding. As a founding member of Women in Biohealth, Carolyn helped shape industry programming to empower women in the biohealth sector, organizing events and sharing expertise through speaking engagements.
