Bio Highlights: Jessica Lewis is an accomplished attorney and business advisor with deep expertise in intellectual property, compliance, and commercial transactions. She currently serves as an Associate General Counsel for Aldevron, a globally recognized biologics manufacturer powering genomic medicine pioneers from discovery to launch through expertise, innovations, and operational excellence. Jessica provides IP- and risk-informed legal counsel and business guidance, enabling complex commercial transactions that support research grade, clinical, and commercial programs for global pharmaceutical, academic and other R&D customers.

Jessica received her law degree from the University of Chicago and her Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Washington. Prior to moving to an in-house legal role, Jessica was a partner in the Intellectual Property Group at Quarles & Brady LLP, where she advised corporate and academic clients in the biotechnology, pharma, life sciences, and medical device sectors. Jessica’s scientific career began at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, receiving her undergraduate degree in Zoology and working as a research technician in the Department of Physiology.
