Kevin Little Joins Wisconsin Biohealth Tech Hub Steering Committee
Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce vice president brings expertise in economic development, public policy and industry relations
MADISON/MILWAUKEE, Wis. — 8/11/2026 — The Wisconsin Biohealth Tech Hub, led by BioForward Wisconsin, has named Kevin Little, Vice President of the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, to its steering committee.
Little brings more than two decades of experience in advocacy, strategic communications and industry relations. At the Chamber, he oversees external affairs, including public policy, economic development and organizational innovation initiatives.
“Kevin’s understanding of economic development, public policy and the needs of innovative companies will be a tremendous asset to the Wisconsin Biohealth Tech Hub,” said Wendy Harris, Regional Innovation Officer for the Wisconsin Biohealth Tech Hub. “His leadership will help us connect Greater Madison’s strengths with the statewide partnerships advancing Wisconsin’s biohealth economy.”
The steering committee brings together leaders from industry, higher education, healthcare, workforce development, government and economic development. It provides strategic guidance for the Hub’s efforts to advance personalized medicine, accelerate commercialization, strengthen Wisconsin’s biohealth workforce and improve patient outcomes.
“The Wisconsin Biohealth Tech Hub demonstrates what is possible when organizations across sectors and regions align around a shared opportunity,” Little said. “I look forward to helping strengthen the partnerships and innovation infrastructure needed to support business growth, high-quality jobs and better outcomes for patients.”
Little joins representatives from BioForward Wisconsin, the Hub’s lead consortium member, and Accuray, Employ Milwaukee, Exact Sciences/Abbott, Forward BIOLABS, GE HealthCare, Madison College, Milwaukee Area Technical College, Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee 7, Plexus, Rockwell Automation, the Universities of Wisconsin, University Research Park, the University of Wisconsin–Madison, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation and WRTP | BIG STEP.
Little also serves on the board of Edgewood University. In 2017, Development Counsellors International named him one of its “40 Under 40” rising economic development stars in North America.
