BioForward is offering sponsorships to biohealth start-up organizations that are current members of BioForward. We’re committed to supporting our emerging growth companies as they contribute to building the vibrant biohealth ecosystem in Wisconsin. We believe in making the process as easy as possible so you can focus on building your business instead of meaningless bureaucracy.

 

What can the sponsorship be used for?

It can be used for registration to attend a conference/industry-specific meeting to fuel partnerships and collaborations. BioForward will reimburse the cost of the registration after attending the conference. Eligible conferences are those that take place from now until the end of February 2024.

 

Who can receive the sponsorship?

Current members of BioForward that are biohealth start-up companies.

 

How can I apply for the sponsorship?

Complete the application form

• Provide the name of the conference/industry-specific event you’d like to attend
• Why this conference is important for your company
• Cost of the registration fee
• Website link describing the conference/industry-specific event

You will receive an email letting you know if your sponsorship request will be funded.

 

How do I get the sponsorship funds?

If you are chosen to receive a sponsorship, you will be reimbursed by BioForward after you attend the conference/industry-specific event. Reimbursement requests should be submitted by March 8, 2024.

Complete the reimbursement request

• Provide a paragraph about how the conference/industry-specific event benefitted your company
• Provide a copy of your receipt for the conference registration
• Provide a copy of your W9 for reimbursement
• Provide a testimonial on the BioForward sponsorship program

 

What if I’m chosen to receive the sponsorship and cannot attend the conference/industry-specific event?

Let us know as soon as possible so we can award the sponsorship to someone else.
