Cynthia (Cindy) Meyer, MSSW, has joined Rogers Behavioral Health as chief operating officer, overseeing all hospital, residential, and outpatient clinic operations with a strong focus on quality, teammate, and provider engagement, and patient and team safety.

With over 30 years of behavioral health experience, Cindy has an extensive background in program expansion, admission growth, physician recruitment and relations, employee development, and community integration. She most recently served as chief operating officer at HealthONE/The Medical Center of Aurora and Denver Market.

Cindy earned her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and her Master of Science in Social Work from the Kent School of Social Work in Louisville, Kentucky. She has served on community boards, including NAMI Colorado and Mental Health Colorado.

Rogers provides life-changing mental health and addiction treatment for 1,700 patients a day in 21 communities nationwide.
